Spent Brewing Grains: from local craft breweries that consist primarily of spent barley. After the milled, malted grains are soaked in hot water to extract the enzymes/carbohydrates to make sweet liquid for brewing beer, the grains are considered “spent.” This grain still has nutritive properties, and is found to be high in both fiber and protein.
Flour: natural, 100% malted barley flour, non-GMO, kosher certified, made in the United States.
Peanut Butter: dry roasted organic peanuts and sea salt; certified organic, made in the United States.
